Compositions:

Vial of Ceftiofur sodium 1 g; 5 g combined with 100 ml; 500 ml diluent respectively

Indications:
Poultry: Control of early mortalily, associated with E.coli in day-old chicks. Effective treatment of other infections caused by Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus paragallinarum, Salmonella.
Cattle: Treatment of bovine respiratory disease (shipping fever, pneumonia), acute bovine interdigital necrobacillosis (foot rot, pododematitis).
Swine, Sheep, Goats, Horses and Dogs: Treatment of bacterial respiratory diseases and urinary tract infections that caused by organisms susceptible to Ceftiofur.

Dosage and administration:
Each ml of the reconstituted solution contains 10 mg ceftiofur sodium:
Chickens, Ducks: I.M or .SC, 1 ml/2 kg of b.w, for 3 days.
Cattle (I.M or S.C), sheep, goats, horses (I.M): 1 ml/10 kg of b.w/day, for 3 – 5 days.
Swine: I.M, 1 ml/2 – 3 kg of b.w/day, for 3 – 5 days.
Dogs: S.C, 0.1 ml/2 – 2.5 kg of b.w/day, for 5 – 14 days.
